Titan Flex uses third-party courier providers, including Aramex Store-to-Door services.

Titan Flex will not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Strikes or disruptions
  • Incorrect customer information

Risk in products passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable South African law.

Customers may have rights under the CPA for defective or unsafe products.

Titan Flex reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving refunds, replacements, or exchanges.

Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper handling may not qualify for return.

  • Titan Flex’s total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question

  • Training interruptions
  • Delivery delays
  • Product misuse

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the CPA.

  • Branding
  • Product descriptions
  • Images
  • Graphics
  • Website content

is owned by or licensed to Titan Flex and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

11. User Conduct

  • Commit fraud or payment abuse
